GWANGJU ARTS CENTER
The lowest level at -1, that connects to metro and parking, are excavated parts in the city floor level.
At ground level (city floor) the project consists of parts. It is permeated by the existing street pattern
crossing the site. The center of the complete project is made into a public square,
its heart, as part of the pedestrian network that connects to the existing Gwangju street system.
