Because the classic Dutch city centers are so popular for shoppers,
we cloned medieval urban tissue from the Utrecht core on top of the city floor.
This tissue is advanced in terms of integrating various programs in only four floors.
To allow classic corporate powerplay, we placed a modernist strip with towers along the canal.
