KENGARAGS VALLEYS - RIGA
With our first project we extended the river deeper into Kengarags by digging shallow ‘valleys’ with a natural flow of water and outdoor activity platforms.
We extended Kengarags into the river by depositing excavated soil to make three islands near the riverbank.
