GREEN RIVER
The project consists of an upgrade of the Westersingel green cultural axis and is defined by two specific public buildings at both outer ends.
In the North the new CENTRAL STATION as the renewed main entry into the city
and in the South, the Monolab design ‘GREEN ROTTERDAM BUILDING’,
an embedded cultural hot spot on the Maas Bank.
